Not legal advice
ImmiAxis is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information on this site is general information about a United States immigration category. For advice about your own circumstances, consult a qualified immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.
No guarantees
- We cannot guarantee that you will receive a visa. That decision belongs to United States immigration authorities.
- We cannot guarantee a job offer. Employers make their own hiring decisions.
- We cannot guarantee a timeline. The EB-3 other workers subgroup is subject to an annual worldwide limit of roughly 10,000 visas, and that limit — not any service provider — is what drives the wait.
- We cannot make a case move faster than the queue allows, and no honest company can.
Information can go out of date
Fees, forms, processing times and Visa Bulletin cut-off dates change regularly. We keep these pages current, but the official sources are always authoritative: USCIS, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State Visa Bulletin. Where this site and an official source disagree, believe the official source.
Costs the employer must carry
In the PERM labour certification stage, United States regulations require the employer to pay certain costs, including the costs of recruitment and attorney fees connected with the labour certification. Be cautious of anyone asking you to pay them.
Protecting yourself
If someone claims to represent ImmiAxis and any of the above applies, tell us at info@immiaxis.com.
- Never sign a form you have not read or do not understand.
- Never allow anyone to put information on an immigration form that is not true — this can end your eligibility permanently.
- Be wary of guaranteed approvals, guaranteed timelines, or claims of special access to immigration authorities.
- Keep copies of everything filed on your behalf, and of everything you pay.
