Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not ask you to create an account and runs no advertising trackers. Nothing you type into our tools — the eligibility checker, the document checklist, the priority date tracker — ever leaves your browser.

The only information we hold about you is what you deliberately send us: the contact form, a WhatsApp message, an email, or details you enter in the client portal.

Information this website collects

Our tools run entirely in your browser. The eligibility checker, the document checklist and the priority date tracker never transmit your answers to us. Some of them remember your progress on your own device, so it is still there when you return; clearing your browser data removes it, and we never see it.

We use Plausible for visitor statistics. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data and does not track people between sites — it tells us how many visits a page received, not who visited it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These keep the site running and secure rather than building a profile of you.

Information you send us

When you submit the contact form it is sent to us and stored so we can reply, together with the page you sent it from and your browser's user-agent string, which help us tell genuine enquiries from automated ones. Your IP address is used only to rate-limit submissions and is not stored with the enquiry.

The WhatsApp and email buttons beside the form work differently: they compose the message and hand it to your own app, so you press send and keep your own copy of exactly what was sent. If our form is ever unavailable, those routes still reach us.

• What you enter in the contact form: your name, the message, and — only if you fill them in — your email address, your country and the topic you chose.
• Contact details and anything you write when you message us on WhatsApp, email or by phone.
• Documents and case information you provide once you become a client.
• Account information you enter in the ImmiAxis client portal at app.immiaxis.com, which is governed by that application's own security and sign-in requirements.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

• To answer your questions and assess whether we can help.
• To prepare, organise and track an application if you become a client.
• To communicate with our US recruiting partner and, where required, with employers, only to the extent needed to progress your case.

Third parties

Messages you send through WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp, and email by your own provider and ours; each has its own privacy terms. Our website hosting provider processes the server logs described above and hosts the database that contact form enquiries are stored in. Plausible processes the cookie-free visitor statistics described above.

Where a case requires it, information may be shared with our US recruiting partner, an employer, or a government authority — but only what that step actually requires, and with your knowledge.

Keeping information, and removing it

We keep contact form enquiries for as long as they may reasonably lead to a conversation, and case information for as long as we are working with you — afterwards only while there is a legitimate reason to hold it, since immigration matters run for years and records may be needed again.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@immiaxis.com and we will respond. Where a document has already been filed with a government authority, we cannot recall it, but we can tell you what was sent.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies at all. Our analytics are cookie-free, and where a tool remembers your progress it uses your browser's own storage on your device rather than a cookie sent to us. The client portal at app.immiaxis.com uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in securely.

Children

This site is not directed at children. Where a case involves a child as a dependent applicant, their information is provided by a parent or guardian as part of that application.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Questions about privacy can go to info@immiaxis.com.
