Who we are

ImmiAxis is a fully digital company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, supporting applicants pursuing the EB-3 unskilled worker visa. We work with a recruiting agency in the United States on the employer side of that process and build our own technology to support the rest of it.

ImmiAxis is not a law firm, and using this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any other professional relationship.

What this website is

This site provides general information about a United States immigration category. It is written carefully and reviewed against official sources, but immigration rules, fees and processing times change, sometimes without notice.

Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here is an offer of employment, sponsorship or a visa.

Using the site

• You may read, print and share these pages for your own personal use.
• You may not copy the content of this site to present it as your own, or use it to operate a competing service.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or access the client portal without an account issued to you.
• You may not use our name, logo or materials to imply an association with ImmiAxis that does not exist.

The tools on this site

The eligibility checker and any similar tools are guides. They reflect the published requirements of the category and nothing more: they cannot see your documents, your immigration history, or anything a consular officer would weigh. A favourable result is not an approval and an unfavourable one is not a refusal.

Links to other sites

We link to government sources such as USCIS, the Department of Labor and the Department of State because they are the authorities that decide these matters. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, but they are always the better source when something here appears out of date.

Limits of liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ImmiAxis is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Decisions about your own case should be made with advice from a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative.

Where we are engaged as a client and a separate service agreement exists, that agreement governs the work — not this page.

The client portal

The ImmiAxis portal at app.immiaxis.com requires an account, and access to it is subject to that application's own terms and security requirements. Accounts are personal: do not share your credentials, and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
