How quickly will I get a response?
We answer WhatsApp messages fastest, usually within Dhaka business hours. Email can take longer, particularly if your question needs a considered answer rather than a quick one.
Can I speak to someone on a call?
Yes. Call the number above, or send a WhatsApp message and we will arrange a time. Because we work across time zones, arranging a slot usually beats calling on spec.
Which languages can I write in?
English and Bengali. If you are more comfortable in another language, write in it anyway — we would rather work out your meaning than have you not ask.
Where are your offices?
We do not have any. ImmiAxis is a fully digital company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Every part of the process is handled online, and anyone claiming to run an ImmiAxis office is not us.
Can you help if I am outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Because nothing depends on visiting an office, where you are matters far less than whether the EB-3 unskilled route fits your situation.
Will you tell me honestly if this is not for me?
Yes, and we would rather do it early. This category has a long queue and a small annual quota; if it does not fit, saying so costs you less than finding out in three years.
