Return & Refund Policy

The short version

• Consultations are free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Subscriptions are not refunded once they are active. You can cancel at any time, and access ends when you cancel.
• Visa processing fees are not refunded, whatever the outcome of the case.
• A duplicate payment, or a payment taken although it failed, is always refunded in full.

Returns

ImmiAxis provides digital services, not goods. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

Subscriptions

A subscription opens tools and results in your ImmiAxis account for the period you pay for. Once it is active it is not refunded, in whole or in part.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling ends your access straight away and moves your account to the free Basic tier. A subscription never renews by itself, so nothing is charged after you cancel.

Visa processing fees

Visa processing is provided under a signed agreement with ImmiAxis, which sets out the fees and when each payment is due. Fees paid are not refunded, including if the immigrant visa or an earlier step is refused, and if you decide not to continue. Nobody can guarantee a visa, and our fees pay for the work done on your case, whatever the outcome.

If an earlier step is refused

If a step before the visa decision is refused or denied, such as the labor certification or the immigrant petition, or if the sponsoring employer withdraws, we arrange for it to be refiled and the process restarted, with the same or another employer, at no further ImmiAxis fee. You pay again only any government filing fee that is lawfully yours to pay.

Other situations

• If ImmiAxis ends your agreement without cause, we refund everything you paid under it.
• The employer's PERM labor certification costs are never charged to you. If anyone asks you to pay them, tell us before paying anything.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@immiaxis.com, or write to us under Messages in your ImmiAxis account, with your name, the date and amount of the payment and its transaction reference. We reply within 7 working days. A refund that is due is paid within 30 days of being confirmed, to the card, mobile wallet or bank account you paid from, unless that is no longer possible.

For visa processing, your signed agreement sets out these terms in full and is what applies to you. If this page and your agreement differ, your agreement applies.
