Our story
ImmiAxis began in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to give people pursuing the EB-3 unskilled worker visa what is hardest to find: straight answers and a clear view of their own case.
Too many applicants are told the process is quick, cheap or guaranteed, and find out years later that it was none of those. We built ImmiAxis to be the opposite: honest about the queue, clear about who pays for what, with one agreement and one team responsible for your case, and online from the first question to your arrival, so it works wherever you are.
Who we are
ImmiAxis supports applicants pursuing one specific route to the United States: the EB-3 “other workers” category, usually called the unskilled worker visa. It is a permanent residency pathway built around a full-time job offer from a US employer willing to sponsor.
We work with a recruiting agency in the United States on the employer side of that equation, and we build our own technology to handle everything else — the documents, the tracking, the long wait in the middle where most people lose visibility of their own case.
Everything is digital. You work with us over WhatsApp, email and your own case dashboard, from wherever you are.
What we actually do
- 1Explain the category properlyBefore anything else, you should know what you are signing up for: what the EB-3 unskilled category requires, what it leads to, and how long it realistically takes.
- 2Connect the employer sideWe partner with a recruiting agency in the United States. Employer sponsorship is the foundation of an EB-3 case, and it has to come from a real employer with a real permanent role.
- 3Prepare and organise your documentsCivil records, employment history, translations and medicals. Some of these take months to obtain, so knowing what to start on now matters more than most people expect.
- 4Keep you informed through the waitThe years between filing and a visa number are where most people lose track. Your case dashboard and the monthly Visa Bulletin tell you where you actually stand.
What we don’t do
Being clear about the limits is part of doing this honestly.
- We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. For advice on your own case, speak to a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative.
- We cannot guarantee a visa, a job offer, or a timeline. No one honestly can — those decisions belong to employers, the Department of Labor and US immigration authorities.
- We cannot make the queue shorter. The annual limit on this subgroup is set by law and it is the single biggest factor in how long your case takes.
