Nothing is shipped

ImmiAxis provides digital services only. There are no physical goods and no delivery charges. Everything is delivered through this website, your ImmiAxis account at app.immiaxis.com, email, WhatsApp and phone.

Consultations

Consultations are free. You book one online at immiaxis.com/book, or by WhatsApp or phone, and we confirm the time with you.

Subscriptions

A subscription is delivered by opening its tools and results in your ImmiAxis account. That happens as soon as your payment is confirmed: straight away for an online payment, and within one working day where our team confirms a payment by hand. If access has not opened by then, contact us.

Visa processing

Visa processing is delivered step by step under your signed agreement, through your ImmiAxis account: your case file, document requests, an update at every stage, your appointments and messages with your case manager.

An immigrant visa case passes through stages decided by United States government agencies, the Department of Labor, USCIS, the National Visa Center and the US Embassy, and by visa availability in the monthly Visa Bulletin. Nobody can set or promise a timeline for those, so we do not. We tell you where your case stands at each step and what comes next.

The visa itself is issued by the US Embassy, not by ImmiAxis.
