Updates
Every issue from January 2021 onwards, in one place, by year and month. Where we have read an issue and checked it, there is a note; where we have not, there is a link to the issue itself. The Other Workers line is the one that decides when an EB-3 unskilled case can move, so that is the line these notes follow.

Why there is no cut-off date on this page
We do not publish a running cut-off date anywhere on this site. The bulletin is republished every month, and a date that was right in March read as current in September is worse than no date at all — somebody could conclude their case can move when it cannot.
So each entry below records what one issue said on one date, says when we checked it, and links to the issue itself. For the figure that applies to you today, read the bulletin.

MixedThe Other Workers date moved backwards for most countries
The first issue of FY 2027 pulled the final action date back by three months for all chargeability areas except those listed, which is the column Bangladesh reads. China and the Philippines advanced; India did not move. The bulletin says the retrogressions keep issuance inside the FY 2027 quarterly and annual limits. The dates themselves are in our note.
Checked against the issue on 29 September 2026.

No movementThe Other Workers queue did not move
The cut-off for the line that matters to unskilled applicants stayed where the August issue left it, for every chargeability area.
Checked against the issue on 6 September 2026.

A card means we read that issue, checked it, and dated the check. A month listed as a plain link means the opposite: we have not written it up, so this page makes no claim about what it said. The link goes to the Department of State and that is the authority either way.
The index runs to 70 issues, back to January 2021. Earlier issues, and anything else, are on the department's own list. Ask us to write up a month and we will read it properly.
