Temporary agricultural work
People who want to earn in the United States for a season and go back — planting, harvesting, packing.
What it requires
- A US employer with genuinely seasonal or temporary need
- A job offer for work that is agricultural in nature
- Intention to return home when the season ends
Where it leads
Temporary stay. No direct route to permanent residence.
It is temporary by definition. Employers must show the need itself is seasonal, so it cannot be turned into a permanent job by staying longer.
